Seller onboarding at RedMart required multiple manual processes — from document verification to product catalog setup and logistics integration. This created bottlenecks, delayed time-to-market for new sellers, and placed heavy operational workload on internal teams.

Designed and built an automated onboarding workflow with API integrations that streamlined the entire seller journey — from registration to first sale. The system integrated with master product catalog, seller center dashboard, and logistics systems.

Lessons Learned

Aligning cross-functional stakeholders early is critical. By involving engineering, operations, and design teams from the start, we avoided rework and ensured the solution addressed real pain points. The biggest lesson: automation isn't just about technology — it's about understanding the human workflow first.

Lessons Learned

AI is an enabler, not a replacement. The most impactful results came when AI handled the mechanical aspects of documentation while humans focused on strategic decisions, stakeholder communication, and creative problem-solving. The key was finding the right balance between automation and human judgment.

The experience reinforced that great mobile products are as much about backend reliability as they are about frontend polish.
